Returns
Unopened items can come back within 14 days of delivery. Store credit is the amount paid for the item. It lasts 12 months and it can be transferred.
The 25 AED delivery fee, when the order had one, and the 10 AED cash-on-delivery fee are not returned. You pay the return postage if you changed your mind.
Opened personal-care items cannot come back, for hygiene. A wrong, damaged, or leaking item is replaced or the payment is returned. Send the order number and a photo of the item and the box on WhatsApp.
